This step is based upon the completion of our Position Description
Questionnaire. This tool is used as a framework to assist our clients in
defining the role of the proposed position as well as the type of individual
desired.
The position specifications are defined including accountabilities,
responsibilities, qualifications and personal attributes targeted in the
search. The document also includes information on the company; its history
and unique culture, vision and values, mission statement, the management
team, products and or service offering. Understanding the role, and culture
of your company is imperative, this is why we also get an understanding of
the individual you are looking for who will fit in seamlessly through
Personality Profiling.

Interested candidates from the target list are invited to a professional
face to face interview and assessed using behavioural based questioning
techniques to identify motivation, tolerance for stress, team dynamics,
organization ability, technical ability, achievements, influence, and other
position specific behaviours.

A target list of candidates is previewed and profiled to the client. In
consultation with the client, candidates who are selected are scheduled for
a personal meeting.

Reference reports are provided to the client as a part of the final
selection process.

Our role is to assist you in making the best decision through the
application of all data collected, our opinions, candidate feedback on the
position and the organization and the opinions from the reference checks.
Once everything is reviewed and presented the client chooses their preferred
candidate.

is to help you understand what it will take to close the offer in today's
market conditions as well as the expectations of the candidate. Based on
the data, we will work with you to build an offer defining the base salary,
bonus structure, and any other pertinent issues that will satisfy both
parties.
